Kernal - Schneider Electric is operated by Kernal Automation Co., Ltd., registered office at Room 18, 27/F, Ho King Commercial Centre, 2–16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. For privacy enquiries, contact peggy@kernal-automation.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us via email, WhatsApp, our quote form, or scheduled meetings (name, email, phone, company, country).
- Order details (Schneider model codes, quantities, delivery address) when you proceed to quote and ship.
- Anonymous browsing data via privacy-friendly analytics (page views, country, device type — no personal identifiers).
- Local storage / cookies only when needed for the site to function (see Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use it
- To prepare quotes and fulfil orders.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To improve the site (aggregated, anonymous).
- For tax and accounting record-keeping as required by law.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
4. Where it lives
Email and CRM: hosted on standard business platforms (Google Workspace, etc.). Order records: internal systems located in China and the EU. We do not store payment card details — payments are by bank wire or via third-party processors (Stripe, etc.).
5. Your rights (GDPR / similar)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing peggy@kernal-automation.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
Order records are kept for 7 years (tax/accounting requirement). Quote enquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted after 24 months unless you ask for them sooner.
