Eight questions buyers usually ask before sending the first quote request.
Are you an authorised Schneider Electric distributor?
No. We are an independent supplier. All Schneider trademarks and model codes appear on this site for identification purposes only. We acquire stock from a mix of authorised European distributors with surplus, sealed-box factory surplus, and direct production channels — origin is disclosed on every quote.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Every unit is photographed, serial-checked, and either sealed-in-box or function-tested before dispatch. We provide the serial number on every quote so you can independently verify it on se.com before paying.
How fast do you respond?
Within 12 working hours. Send a model code (or a paste / upload of a BOM) — you get back a written quote with USD price, current stock, origin label, and earliest dispatch date. No discovery calls required.
Are the prices on the website final?
They are indicative — refreshed periodically from our internal price book. Final price on RFQ depends on quantity, delivery country, and current logistics. Schneider catalog prices do not move every week, so the published prices are usually within ±5%.
How do I pay? What currencies?
USD bank wire is the default. We can also handle EUR for European customers. Payment terms (deposit / balance / Net-30) depend on order size and customer history — discussed at quote stage.
How are orders shipped?
From Shenzhen via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT (your choice). Sea freight is available for bulk orders. Hong Kong is our default dispatch hub. Customs handling on the EU side is via our German branch when helpful.
What if a unit is faulty or wrong?
See our Returns & Refunds policy. Short version: 30-day window from receipt for a return, full refund or replacement at our cost when the issue is verified. Packaging photos and serial verification are taken pre-dispatch precisely to prevent these cases.
Can you source parts not listed on the site?
Often yes. Send the model code via email or WhatsApp — we cover the broader 56,000+ SKUs of our parent network beyond what is listed here.
